using that capital

We distribute
quarterly dividends
to our investors

Kansas City is known for their low cost of living, centrally-located metro, and their pro-business environment.

According to LinkedIn, 2021, Kansas City was in the Top 10 for Net Migrations gains. * Fun fact; “The Kansas City Airport moves more air cargo each year, than any air center in a six-state region” according to CBRE.

Investment process

IDENTIFY SUBJECT PROPERTY

We locate subject property through Brokers, off-market leads, or from our network.

ANALYZE THE DEAL

We run all the income and expenses of the property to find our value-add opportunity.

ACQUISITION

If we are at this step, financials look good and we are ready to acquire the property.

VALUE-ADD OPPURTUNITY

This is where we go in and execute our business plan such as, improve the property, increase the income, and decrease the expenses.

STABILIZE THE ASSET

We continue to maintain the property and make sure we are executing our business plan.

EXIT

At this time, we are ready to sell, return all capital to our investors, and find the next property!
