Frank k. Teshima iV
Frank was born and raised on the island of Maui. He moved to Dallas, TX in 2019 with experience in excavation. With dreams of being a blade operator, he soon realized that it did not align with what he really wanted to achieve in life.
After learning and educating himself on real estate, he fell in love with the way syndication helped those unable to solely invest in real estate, get into real estate.
With the benefits of real estate, Frank plans to help the community back home regarding education, revitalization of the land, and essentially, helping those in need.
Frank grew up fishing/spearfishing most weekends. If he wasn’t working, he was most likely at the beach! Frank plans to continue this tradition with his children, due to the importance of being connected to the land.
